Little Pigs as Pets. These are pygmy pigs, a variety of the exotic kune kune species, native to New Zealand. A recreational farm in Devon (southern England) is finally enjoying the results of nine years of a tiny pig breeding program. The animals, 80% smaller than a normal pig , are an attraction for visitors to Pennywell Farm. Chris Murray, co-owner of the farm, began cross-breeding nine years ago, and is convinced he has produced the perfect pet pig.
