In April 1741, Don Blas de Lezo inflicted one of the greatest defeats on Great Britain. Being aware of their immense numerical superiority, they sold the bear's skin before hunting it and minted some coins to celebrate such victory. These coins were removed from circulation and very few remain. From Gemelolandia we have used a model that pays tribute to the coin that should have been minted and that never was.
