Curiosities: In Ancient Egypt there were rudimentary machines composed of two wheels joined by a bar. Also in China we find a very similar machine, but with bamboo wheels. In the Aztec culture, remains have been found of what could be something similar to a vehicle with two wheels and that was propelled with a sail. The first news about a bicycle dates back to 1490 (Leonardo da Vinci era). In them you can see a sketch of a bicycle with a chain transmission driven by pedals, the same method used by current ones.
In 1790 the Frenchman Mede de Sivrac invented the "celeriferous" or "wheeled horse" in Paris. It consists of a wooden slat, ending in a lion, dragon or deer head, and mounted on two wheels. It has no articulation, and for maneuvers you have to stand on the ground.
